Shipping Information 

TURNAROUND
We are committed to ship out orders made by 2pm EST, on the same day they are placed. We are closed on Mondays therefore orders Placed on Sunday afternoon or Monday may not receive confirmation and tracking until Tuesday. (Postal Pick-up is once a day Tuesday-Friday 4pm Excluding Postal Holidays, and Weekend Orders are dropped off Sunday).


SHIPPING COSTS
All Orders are shipped via Canada Post. When you check out your cart, you will be asked which method you would like to have it sent.

For Domestic (Canadian) Orders
Canadian Orders have several options available, when you check out your cart, you will be asked which method you would like to have it sent i.e. Expedited, Express, and Standard or Pick-Up*.
(We recommend Expedited as the most dependable and economical).
For larger orders, or orders with High End Mods and Atty's, we can only guarantee orders that are Shipped with Expresspost or Priority Shipping. If you choose either of these options- and you are ordering a high end mod or atty, we will include (complimentary) signature confirmation as we have seen a drastic increase in customers having VapeMail stolen.

For Orders to the United States
All US orders are now being shipped via. Expresspost- we understand that this is an expensive option- however we want to ensure that your valuable VapeMail gets to you.

Please note that all prices on the Site are in Canadian Dollars and you will see a lower amount on your Credit Card bill.

Due to unscrupulous scammers- we will not fulfill orders that are billed to an address and then sent to a Drop Shipping Company- and yes, we do check ip addresses and physical addresses. If you place an order with us, we will cancel it. If you have a legitimate reason for a parcel to be drop shipped, please contact info@kickashvapes.com for authorization.


For INTERNATIONAL orders, as of Nov 2014, we have closed on site international ordering due to the high cost of shipping. If you would like to order with us, please contact info@kickashvapes.com and we will work with you on an individual basis. We will gladly ship products to you provided that the country you are shipping to allows the product.
We will need to following information to get you an exact price for your order;
Your name and shipping address, your billing address (if different).
Your phone number and an email address.
The product and quantity that you would like.
Currently, we only ship Canada Post Priority International, and we will only ship a product if it is insurable for the amount of the product. We accept credit cards only, (no Paypal).



**If you choose the pick-up option by accident on an order that you need to have mailed out to you, you will be contacted, and shipping charges will be added to your bill. You may experience a delay in shipping as we will not ship your order out to you until we have authorization to charge you for shipping costs.



TRACKING
Order confirmations and Tracking Information will be sent to the email address you provide in your account via our automated system. Tracking will be sent to you through the Canada Post EST Notification System.
If your address is incorrect or you have changed your email address, please notify us so we can correct your account and send you tracking information.

Once you have received your tracking number, we cannot give you updates on your parcels status. Please track it via Canada Post EST tracking.

PICK-UP
If you are in a hurry, or prefer to shop from your computer, you can now order your products online and have it ready for you to pick up this is a FREE service, simply choose pickup when completing your order and we will gladly pre-pack your order. Please contact the shop if you need special assistance.

BACK ORDERS
Occasionally, an item will become back ordered. If an item goes on back order we will notify you of the issue and give you the opportunity to make an adjustment to your order. If we need to split a shipment due to our error, you will not be charged any additional shipping fees for the second shipment.
